You can place an order directly through our website, by phone, or by emailing our sales team. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Orders can be modified or canceled before they are processed. Once an order has been processed and shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
Orders received and paid for before 16:00 on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders received after this time, or on weekends/public holidays, are processed the next business day.
We ship nationwide within South Africa using trusted courier partners. Standard shipping is free, and you will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within South Africa. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier schedules, and unforeseen delays.
We currently cannot ship to PO Boxes and only deliver within South Africa. International shipping is not available at this time.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor your order through the courier’s tracking system or by contacting our customer service.
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly and ensure your satisfaction.
If you wish to return a product, it must be within the allowed return period 30 Days, and in original, unused condition. Please contact customer service for instructions before sending any items back.
